One in seven people in Iceland smoke - years ago almost half of the population were cigarette buyers. Smoking is clearly on the decline but the country's health minister says it's not fast enough. Siv Fridleifsdottir has come up with a radical plan to stop children and youngsters taking up the unhealthy habit. She wants cigarettes sold by prescription only.
