Hello everybody,

When it rains, it pours!

I'm sharing with you today that Dee and her family have experienced a huge loss with the sudden and unexpected death of her brother-in-law. Dee and her husband were very close to him and he was not only like a brother to both of them but a cherished friend.

Our community has taken such a hit recently, with several of our staff and active BBLW Community members losing close family members, and also losing a member of our own moderating staff, Steve.

I hope and pray that the sun will soon shine again for all our folks at Breathing Better Living Well and we can heal and go on.

Thank you for your continued support. Be assured that we can feel your warmth and caring across the miles.

Jane.

Dee,
So very sorry for your loss, always difficult and even more so when unexpected.
You are in our thoughts and prayers.

There are really only two requirements when it comes to exercise.
One is that you do it. The other is that you continue to do it.

Thank you all so much for your support and kind words.

We had just reached Eileen's house for a visit when we received the call, and we headed back home the next morning. I think it takes a while for it to sink in that he is really gone.

Bill's last test results from his doctor this Spring were better than ever. He took good care of himself, and seemed to do all the right things. He and Rocky's sister had just retired a little over a year ago, and they were spending their Winters in Florida and having a GREAT time. He was one of those people you never had to ask for help, he would just be there, and I never heard him say an unkind word about anyone. Bill just turned 64, and he was my husband's closest friend for 45 years. Our families spent all of our vacations together, and they came to our house almost every weekend when the kids were growing up. I feel badly for his family and friends, as they are going to miss him very much. I want to make everything better, but there is so little I can do.

You are all good friends, thanks again.

De, what a terrible void you have in your family now. As life goes on, you will "fill in the blanks" to a certain degree, but you will never forget. The time will pass and you will find a certain level of peace in your hearts. I am so sorry you have to deal with this. Know we all are here for you.

Hugs,
Peg
