Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible
and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Ken,
Have a great birthday, finish recharging your batteries and ease your way back into the thick of things beginning tomorrow.

Thanks to all of yoy for your Birthday wishes, they are much appreciated.
Broke all the dietary rules tonight at dinner with Steamed mussels and clams, a caesar salad, fresh baked bread, a calimari-pasta dish with a spicy sauce and Creme Brule!
It was wonderful after 4 days of chicken soup.

Ken
There are really only two requirements when it comes to exercise.
One is that you do it. The other is that you continue to do it.

And back to the chicken soup today, Ken? I'm glad you're feeling a bit better now. My very best wishes (although belated) for your birthday.
