in 6 months it will be 2 years since surgery today was the day for my 6 minute walk and my other breathing tests heres the good the bad and lets continue lol

sitting still no o2 o2 level is 96
6 minute walk start is o2 96 the low during walk is o2 88
2 minute walk with o2 start o2 98 low o2 96

theres a drop in my numbers a very small amount but noticable still no o2 yet

heres some of the reason
1 my weight
1 my hernia has gotton bigger and is pushing my diafram up in to my lung space

so im back to going to ann arbor every 3 months

dr gay is going to contact some other doctors to get these issues taken care of he wants more exersize done in a week he says dont worry yet so there she is

Great to hear you are doing so well and still right on top of every issue that gets in your way. Keep up the good work and enjoy "breathing better and living well".

Always finding some new project to get interested in and overload myself with.

I think you are doing great and am proud of you for all you have gone through and how well you are doing.
There are really only two requirements when it comes to exercise.
One is that you do it. The other is that you continue to do it.

Ronnei, sounds like your hitting a couple of bumps but I'll bet you can improve it. Overall this is great news.
